What it’s like
to work with me.
I learned marketing through my own publishing projects. When I work with your business, I want to understand it well enough to explain what I’d do and why.
First, I want to understand your business.
Tell me what you sell, who buys it, and what you’ve tried. I’ll look at the website, available reports, and current work, and ask questions where something is missing.
What we agree on: An explanation of the problem we’re trying to solve.
Then we choose the work worth doing.
I’ll recommend a starting point and explain why I think it matters. We’ll discuss the time, cost, and people involved, so you can decide what makes sense for the business.
What we agree on: A written scope with priorities, deliverables, and costs.
We agree on who does what.
I can take on a defined project, support your team, or help coordinate several partners. Before work begins, we’ll agree on approvals, access, deadlines, and the decisions I’m responsible for.
What we agree on: Named owners and a schedule everyone can work from.
I’ll explain what happened and what I’d change.
We’ll review the work against what we set out to do. I’ll tell you what the numbers show, what remains uncertain, and what I recommend doing next.
What we agree on: A review of the work and recommendations for the next stage.
