Marketing Leadership Services
If your team needs help setting priorities or bringing several partners together, I can take an agreed planning and coordination role. We’ll be clear about the decisions I own and the work your team keeps.
The ads, content, design, and sales work may each have an owner while the decisions between them keep getting delayed. I help organize the plan, responsibilities, and regular conversations needed to move that work forward.
My role can include planning, campaign oversight, coordination, and reviewing reports with your specialists. We’ll agree on the time, access, and decision-making responsibility needed for the engagement.
We’ll agree on the tasks, costs, and responsibilities before I start. These are the areas we can include.
Translate the business goal into a small set of agreed outcomes and workstreams. Identify conflicting requests and decisions that need leadership attention.
Define who decides, who delivers, and how internal teams and partners coordinate. Make escalation and approval routes practical.
Connect calendars, budgets, creative requirements, and channel dependencies. Bring resource constraints into planning instead of discovering them at launch.
Review progress, evidence, risks, and next decisions in a usable format. Keep reporting connected to action rather than a recurring presentation ritual.
Review the business context, people, partners, and current commitments. Clarify the authority needed to make the engagement useful.
Agree on the most important outcomes and map responsibilities. Resolve work that has many stakeholders but no accountable owner.
Connect planning, production, approvals, and channel reviews. Keep the process proportionate to the size and complexity of the team.
Use reviews to choose what continues, changes, or stops. Record the reasoning so the team can act without reopening every debate.
I’ll look at the information you already have and agree with you on what to track. Here are some of the questions we can use it to answer.
Progress on the agreed workstreams.
The decision: Identify resource or decision bottlenecks.
Work with an accountable delivery and approval path.
The decision: Reduce stalled tasks and conflicting instructions.
Decisions supported by campaign and customer evidence.
The decision: Improve the plan rather than merely increase activity.
A few details about marketing leadership services.
It can be structured that way, or as a defined planning and coordination project. The useful distinction is the responsibility required: advisory input, hands-on operating support, or authority to lead agreed workstreams. Time, access, decision rights, and delivery expectations need to be explicit before the engagement begins.
That is not the default purpose. The work can support an internal team, coordinate partners, or provide direction where leadership capacity is missing. The operating model should make specialist contributions more effective and clarify responsibility, rather than assume a wholesale organizational change.
Access to the relevant business context, responsible stakeholders, existing plans, and useful reporting is a starting point. The engagement also needs a clear sponsor and realistic decision rights. Accountability is difficult when priorities can change without a shared process or when nobody can approve the work.
