Acquisition and tracking review
Inspect campaign structure, conversion definitions, page relevance, and the quality of leads reaching sales. Flag broken signals before optimizing toward them.
Paid Media Services
I look at what you’re selling, who the ads need to reach, and what happens after someone clicks. Then I help with the campaigns, messages, and budget decisions that follow.
An ad account rarely tells the whole story. The offer, creative, landing page, and sales response can each affect the outcome. I review those together before deciding which campaign change to make.
I can review accounts and tracking, plan campaigns, help test audiences and messages, and review how the budget is being used. We’ll choose platforms that fit your audience and agree on the work I’ll own.
We’ll agree on the tasks, costs, and responsibilities before I start. These are the areas we can include.
Inspect campaign structure, conversion definitions, page relevance, and the quality of leads reaching sales. Flag broken signals before optimizing toward them.
Connect each audience to an offer and a message hypothesis. Define what would justify continuing, changing, or stopping a test.
Structure the agreed channels, creative requirements, launch checks, and spending limits. Separate media spend from management and production scope.
Review platform data alongside CRM or sales feedback. Record the reason behind a budget or creative change.
Agree on a qualified lead or purchase, not just an easy conversion event. Establish the data available to judge it.
Check the connection between query or audience, ad message, landing page, and follow-up. Fix obvious mismatches before expansion.
Set budgets, review points, and ownership. Test a useful hypothesis rather than changing targeting, offer, and creative simultaneously.
Compare volume, cost, and quality together. A low cost per form fill does not automatically justify more spend.
I’ll look at the information you already have and agree with you on what to track. Here are some of the questions we can use it to answer.
Spend relative to leads meeting an agreed definition.
The decision: Direct spend toward commercially relevant demand.
Progress recorded after the initial inquiry.
The decision: Find gaps between acquisition and sales follow-up.
Values assigned from a defensible business model.
The decision: Avoid optimizing toward high-volume, low-value actions.
Technical reference: Google Ads conversion values.
A few details about paid media services.
The plan can include Google Ads and relevant paid social channels such as Meta or LinkedIn, depending on the audience and offer. Scope, account access, creative production, and measurement are agreed before execution. Choosing fewer channels can be more useful than splitting a small budget across every available platform.
Media spend and delivery fees are different parts of the scope. The campaign plan should identify the approved spend, who pays the advertising platforms, and what production or tracking work is included. I would not treat an undefined media budget as a ready-to-launch acquisition program.
No. Results depend on the offer, audience, economics, competition, sales process, and execution. The useful commitment is to a clear testing plan and honest reporting. Where conversion values are used, they should represent a defensible business value rather than a number added to make a dashboard look stronger.
