Audience and channel plan
Identify who the channel needs to reach and why they would engage. Clarify the role of LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, or another relevant platform.
Social Media & PR Services
I work with you on the messages, content, and campaigns you share in public. That can include social media planning, community ideas, partnerships, and PR coordination.
Posting regularly is easier when your team knows what it wants to talk about and why people would care. I help you choose subjects and a schedule your team can keep up with.
I can help with channel choices, content themes, editorial direction, campaign communication, and partner briefs. Paid promotion is planned alongside the content when it is part of the job.
We’ll agree on the tasks, costs, and responsibilities before I start. These are the areas we can include.
Identify who the channel needs to reach and why they would engage. Clarify the role of LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, or another relevant platform.
Connect recurring audience questions with expert commentary, demonstrations, stories, and campaign assets. Make the offer understandable without repeating a sales pitch.
Define the calendar, approvals, community responsibilities, and escalation path. Keep the workflow realistic for the people maintaining it.
Align announcements, partner communication, and earned-media outreach with the same narrative. Publication or placement is never guaranteed.
Define whether the priority is discovery, expertise, community, demand, or customer support. Avoid asking one channel to do everything.
Translate audience needs and business expertise into repeatable editorial themes. Establish what the brand can credibly contribute.
Plan assets and responses together. A calendar without ownership for interaction leaves the relationship unfinished.
Look at relevant engagement, conversations, and next-step behavior. Treat reach as context, not proof that the audience is right.
I’ll look at the information you already have and agree with you on what to track. Here are some of the questions we can use it to answer.
Interaction from the intended audience.
The decision: Improve topics and formats that earn useful attention.
Inquiries or discussions connected to the business.
The decision: Understand whether visibility supports demand.
Delivery against an achievable editorial plan.
The decision: Fix workflow bottlenecks before increasing volume.
A few details about social media & pr services.
That depends on the audience, content, and resources. LinkedIn may serve a professional conversation, while Instagram or YouTube may suit different formats and discovery patterns. I would choose a channel’s job before committing to a publishing schedule, rather than recommending every platform by default.
The scope can include messaging, announcement planning, outreach coordination, and communication with relevant partners or media. Editorial decisions remain with publishers, so a placement cannot be guaranteed. A clear story and appropriate evidence matter more than treating publicity as a list of promised logos.
I would connect the review to the channel’s purpose: relevant engagement, qualified conversations, useful site visits, or customer interaction. Audience size is context, not a complete result. Campaign reporting should distinguish organic activity from paid distribution and explain what the available data can actually establish.
